🧪 The Controversy Resurfaces Briefly
While most responses were celebratory, a few brought back past headlines. One user commented on Sinner’s previous doping investigation—a situation that made waves earlier in 2024. As clarified by the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA), Sinner had inadvertently been exposed to the banned substance clostebol due to a massage treatment by his physiotherapist. The agency determined it was not intentional, and no penalty was imposed.
Despite the minor controversy, Sinner’s career trajectory has remained on an upward swing, with his Wimbledon victory marking a defining moment.
